Energy Performance Technology Personal Stats Andy Potts Sarah Haskins Hunter Kemper
Hunter shares a few tips on how he consistently displays exciting performance...
  • For a tough hilly race, I use a 52/53 – 39 chain ring in the front and a 12/25 cassette in the back. My main goal is to make my bike as light as possible so might mean using a lighter wheel or using only one small water bottle.

  • Swimming tips – Breathing on both sides of my body to balance out my stroke (bilateral breathing), Focus on getting power from my hips through proper rotation.

  • Running tips – I use the POSE method of running which focuses on using gravitational pull through falling. Dr. Romanov explains it the best in his book, “The Pose Method of Running” I also focus on quick turnover – 90 rpms”
